At Mommy & I, we take into consideration that buying items sight unseen can be difficult. Even though our items are ordered/made specifically for you, we still strive for 100% satisfaction. If you are unhappy for any reason of your purchase, please contact us as we may be able to provide a store credit.


Upon visiting our page, our customers are asked to create an account prior to purchase. After your account is created, you will be able to log into your account on our website at any time to review your status. Please note your item will remain in the confirmed/processing stage until it is ready to ship.   Once it ships, your status will change to fulfilled and a tracking number will be sent to you via email.
